Apple.com Support Site Redesigned

David Chartier at TUAW (The Unofficial Apple Weblog) posted a story today noting that Apple had fully redesigned their Apple Support center webpage. It looks great and is a whole lot easier to find what you're looking for than the old page which had been up on Apple.com for over a year.

In addition to very easy to find connections to support for Apple TV, iPod, Mac OS X, and their computer/server lines, the areas for AppleCare Extended Support, Repair and Replacement Parts and Exchange and Extension Programs are nicely laid out as well. It's just clean. Check it out for yourself.

My friends always think I'm just trying to make more money for Apple when I insist they get AppleCare with their new hardware, but support when it counts on a piece of nearly miraculous high tech hardware is as good as it gets. I've never had a bad experience with AppleCare. I know some have, but in my experience, Apple's support (when you pay for it) is excellent. Anyone have an Apple Support horror story? Anyone want to sing their praises? Let me know.
