Friday. 10:53am. I got my mojo back. I am focused and calm. My game is on. I am ready to shoot serious 4K. I feel good. Last night I had take-out Mexican food and a fantastic bottle of wine with my wife. I stopped think about business. The wine was Austrailan. And RED.
Note to self: write down the name & vinatge of that wine.
I woke up at 5:00am feeling like a new man, and headed to roof of the SOHO HOUSE with business partner Aldey.
The mission: test a prototype "splash bag" being designed for the RED camera by AIR SEA LAND as our cameras are going under the water this weekend.
You have no idea how hard it is to find a swimming pool in NYC!

So, as the sun rose over Manhattan, we took #0006 for a little swim.
The good news: No leaks and 4K underwater look just awesome.
The bad news: The design of the splash bag is not finished, and it's really not ready to use - but we don't really have a choice. It's just going to require a bit of "MacGyver-ing" - you know - swiss army knife/duct tape & bubble gum "just make it work" stuff.
We'll be fine. My game is on. The camera is a little tank.
Sorry for suck a short post, but I need to run now - we start shooting at 3:00pm.
