Just wanted to let every one know that I'm back in the office after a rather long and unexpected time away. Had to take care of some family stuff, and things are now pretty well back on track. I did have some incredible technological upheavals and victories (which resulted in a new free iPhone and a new free MacBook Pro - story to follow... remember my broken iPhone camera and the colored lines on my G4 PowerBook??), and have finally ordered my new 8-core 3.2 Mac Pro (I'm jumping up and down rapidly, clapping my hands like a wind-up monkey - story and hardware review to come!)We've got a lot to look forward to this summer, a lot of great looking films coming out (yes from Hollywood), and some of the greatest indies from this year's Sundance Fest finally hitting theaters in the coming months... and of course Indiana Jones... and my new hit single - err... story definitely to come.

I'm trying out Aperture at long last as well, and my wife is running it through it's paces here. We've been an iPhoto/Photoshop family up till this point, and we're giving the Apple app a shot. I'll be letting you know how that goes. Anyway, that's all, just a quick update, and a "heee, good to see ya!" Look for some new posts throughout the week as I get caught up and back on track.
