Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air amphitheatre that is not seen anywhere else in the world.

With Mother Nature as the architect, how can you go wrong?
The design of the amphitheatre consists of two, three hundred-foot monoliths (Ship Rock and Creation Rock) that provide acoustic perfection for any performance; as such, Red Rocks is possibly the most impressive and life-chaning venues for a concert.

Red Rocks is located in Morrison, Colorado. Likely used by the Ute Tribe in earlier times, the earliest documented performance at the amphitheater was the Grand Opening of the Garden of the Titans, put on by famed editor John Brisben Walker on May 31, 1906. The first rock concert to take place featured The Beatles (heard of them?), on August 26, 1964.

Since then a slew of equally notable rock stars and bands have graced the stage.
Because of the unreal acoustics at Red Rocks, it has also been the site of many live recordings. One of note was U2's Live at Red Rocks: Under a Blood Red Sky (1983), which became a best-selling long-form concert video.
