While all you cinephiles out there may be satisfied with our extensive coverage of the world of cinema, we at Zoom In Online realize the television fans out there may be filling unfulfilled. Because we at Zoom In Online are your friends, we want to remedy the situation by giving you "What to Watch," a daily blog about what show airing each night on television will be most worth your time, effort, and hard drive space on your DVR or TiVo. As we've been doing with our film coverage, we hope to inform you and guide you towards making the right choice because, like I said, we're friends and we're not sure what else to get you since we haven't yet received an invitation to your birthday party.

Top Chef
Episode 5.14, Finale Part 2
Airing at 10 p.m. on Bravo
There's a plethora of "Top" competition shows out there - Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, Top Design, Top Hat (alright, so maybe I made that one up) - and all of them succeed at rubbing in our faces the fact that we'll never be good enough to leave our mundane lives for the more glamorous occupations. Top Chef is actually worth watching though, if for no other reason than because tonight is the show's season 5 finale.
Only three contestants remain - Finland-born Stefan, D.C.-based Carla and Boulder chef Hosea - and tonight they head down to N'awlens (or New Orleans for the lay person) to cook up some tasty creole vittles for the deciding challenge. Guest judge and supposed "King of Creole Cooking" Emeril "Bam" Lagasse lends his expertise to help award the winner $100,000 and title of Better In the Kitchen Than You'll Ever Be.
For the artistic types
If reality-TV just isn't your thing and you're looking for something a bit more highbrow, tune into the Sundance Channel at 9 p.m. for the season 1 finale of Spectacle: Elvis Costello with... Hosted (obviously) by the legendary musician, the show has featured guests like Lou Reed and Julian Schnabel, Kris Kristofferson, and Rufus Wainwright. Tonight's guest is Smokey Robinson who performs and gives his take on why he loves having other singers cover his songs.
