SFLogicNinja Tips: Beat Mapping in Logic Pro 8

Probably the most common question I get asked is how to do beat matching in Logic Pro. This is a neat little trick utilized by many of my friends who like to record songs without using a click, but still want to be able to edit with an accurate tempo in their session. This trick is also good if you are interested in making your own mixes out of music with inconsistent tempos. Dave works with a difficult piece of music, but it just serves to make the tip that much more effective. Enjoy!
