Rumors  say that Google is launching a new music search service in partnership with iLike, LaLa, and MySpace . The service will be part of Google searching, similar to the current video search that allows streaming video.

Users will be able to purchase downloadable songs, stream content directly from iLike and LaLa, and find relevant artist information (similar to the current Google Music search.)

According to Tech Crunch, This is a screen shot of the how the service would render search results.

This service is a spin off of the Chinese version currently available, that allows people to search and download music for free.

The limitations are with the partnerships. iLike and LaLa use a mixture of full song streaming and 30 second clips.  However, iLike was recently purchased by MySpace and MySpace has full streaming rights to all content.

The service, which might be called Google Audio, will be announced October 28th.
