Nikon Announces Release of Seven New Cameras in the COOLPIX Line

Nikon announced the release of seven new COOLPIX cameras yesterday; the press release came out of their Executive Headquarters in Melville, NY (full release here). Among the new COOLPIX features boasted by the new line are Nikkor lenses, Expeed digital image processing, and Vibration Reduction (VR) Image Stabilization. Several of the new releases feature better HDMI capabilities than their predecessors. All models will be released within the next two months.
