Pavan Lee, Research Manager, Microsoft Digital Advertising
Gord Hotchkiss, President and CEO, Enquiro

Here are my notes:

Word of mouth is being outdistanced by online advertising more and more. It's also notable that B2B traffic tends to look for a price-tag, product info and features.

Keep a use on toolbar usage as many are now taking search direction from toolbars.

Recently a social media study on user behavior 2200 individuals with plus/minus accuracy of 3%. Brand Avocates make up 25% of online buyers but contribute more than 50% of online purchases. Interesting!
