RE:Vision Effects recently updated Twixtor, a plugin that enables users to "speed up, slow down or frame rate convert image sequences with visually stunning results."

The plugin offers the ability to remove motion blur during slow motion. Twixtor also includes accurate object tracking capability, which reduces artifacts while objects are moving across the screen. Twixtor also ships with a smart blending option for pans and zooms.
