Portland, Oregon artist Vladimir has been creating her own stereoscopic Viewmaster discs since 2003. She creates miniature models, shoots them in 3D, and handmakes the disc. The result? An appropriately named Vladmaster disc. Since their inception, Vladimir has taken the Vladmasters on the road for interactive screenings. I cannot beat the description from Vladimir's website, so here it is unaltered:
A Vladmaster performance is a simultaneous Vladmaster experience. Every attendee is given a viewer and set of disks and then led through the story by a soundtrack featuring music, narration, sound effects, and ding noises to cue the change from image to image. The CLACK of hundreds of viewers turning simultaneously fills the air. Mass euphoria ensues.

More information can be found at Vladimir's Official Website. Now go dig up that Viewmaster in the bottom of your closet or your parents' dusty attic and get your Vlad on.
