On the Circuit: Wayne Price (The Doorman)

If you know the New York City club scene, you should know Trevor. Trevor is the most famous doorman in New York claiming that not only does he know people, but “I know people that know me.” Trevor is also flaky, air-headed, cocky, and fails to mention to the documentary crew following him around that he was fired from his job. In this mockumentary…er…”fictional documentary,” director Wayne Price chronicles the fall of Trevor, whose arrogance gets him blacklisted from any doorman job in New York. Zoom In Online’s Jim Rohner talked to Wayne Price about the making of the film and Price shared where the idea stemmed from, how he went about shooting it, and much more. The Doorman opens in New York and San Francisco on July 18th with subsequent national release to follow. For more episodes of On the Circuit, click here.
