In guerilla-style protests over the economy, Living Things burned dollar bills at the South by Southwest (SXSW) confab in Austin, Texas this past weekend, both on the streets and in concerts.
The rock band stormed the stage at Perez Hilton's "One Night in Austin" concert on Saturday night during a performance by Thunderheist. Living Things was accompanied by six homeless men (including a wounded war veteran) from Austin's Front Steps Shelter and all proceeded to burn dollar bills to protest "Wall Street's dirty ways".
