Jim Kanter

Jim Kanter has been working in computer graphics since 1985 and has been teaching digital filmmaking since 1994. Jim has won awards for filmmaking and broadcast journalism, and has served on the faculties of several universities. He is a popular presenter at trade shows, workshops, user groups, and Apple events. Jim currently serves as Training Director for the Digital Film Institute and continues to create content through his production company, D-Film. His clients include CNN, Turner Entertainment, Scripps Productions, The Weather Channel, NASA and the US Armed Forces, along with numerous television stations, production companies, and independent filmmakers.
