Today's live music photo comes from Drew Cain.

Ronnie Vannucci, the drummer for The Killers, is a buddy of mine. In April 2007 they opened their US tour at UCSB playing to a sold out crowd. We (my wife is also a photographer) were invited to come out and shoot the opening show along with the LA and NY dates. Most of the first show was a photographic disaster, the band doesn't allow photography from the pit at stage-front so we resorted to shooting from the wings and side-stages. I captured this image of guitarist Dave Keuning during the UCSB show — likely my best take of the night.
