The Creative Backstory: ADC Young Guns, Big/Small

In this episode of the Creative Backstory of the Art Directors Club Young Guns series, we explore the question: does size matter? Creative teams Frank Anselmo and Jayson Atienza of the global ad agency BBDO, and the three-person company, We Should Do It All (WSDIA), represent two ends of the creative business spectrum. One team works in a large organization with big budgets and layers of approval through which to pass. The other run their own small firm with a name befitting their philosophy that they are equipped to handle any type of artistic project. The two teams discuss the work they do, how their environments affect that work, what resources they have at their disposal, and how they leverage their creativity within the confines of their companies.
